After your free fitness assessment, we will develop a strategy to crush your goals. From training 2 or 3 days a week, we design a program for you.

This is a custom 2-week package that includes your FREE Fitness Assessment and 4 training sessions (2 per week) design to get your body in motion and motivated to continue to your fitness goals.

Fitness assessment

In the free 45-minute fitness assessment at The SHAC, we will go over your past fitness experience and evaluate your current fitness level. This is an amazing experience to check out the SHAC facilities with a mini workout and learn more about how 1 on 1 Personal Training is right for YOUR goals!
