Weekly Mobility Classes 

Learn your body with mobility!

Come join us at our weekly mobility classes taught at The SHAC! Learn your body's restrictions and stay ahead of sore muscles. 

This 45-minute class is great for a workout warmup, post-workout cooldown, or even for light off-day recovery work. These mobility classes is an excellent addition to your workouts to keep your body healthy. 

In these mobility classes, you will learn a variety of different exercises in the following categories: 

  • Stretching

  • Foam rolling

  • Stability work

These exercises will promote healthy recovery and proper posture as well as additional help in injury prevention.
